Terms and Conditions

Customer should adhere to the following terms and conditions while buying lectures:

We do not provide unencrypted lectures.
Lectures can be played by the player provided by us only.
Lectures have a limited time bound validity. Though we do offer unlimited views for some courses but those views still come under the time validity i.e 3 months course , 6 months course or 9 months course etc.
Validity extension is chargeable.
You can play lectures only on one device i.e the device on which you played lecture for the first time. If device gets damaged or any other reason of lectures not running on first device then we allow only one time switch. Once you switch to new device then you can not switch to any other device.
If you have bought lectures in installment mode, then we stop of the lectures on non-payment of dues.

Cancellation Policy:

Once order is done, there is no provision for cancellation.

Refund Policy:

Refund is not applicable in case of hard copy or e-copy books. It is only applicable if your device is incompatible with the video player of our lectures. However even in that case also you have to report to us with 48 hours. After that no refund will be processed.

Device Switch Policy:

Suppose you have taken pen drive classes and now want to switch to android mode or vice-versa, then only one time switch is allowed.
